2010 Revisions to the ADA

cover_2010Standards The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a broad civil rights law protecting rights for persons with disabilities.In July of 2010 President Obama announced that the US Department of Justice (DOJ) had adopted the 2010 Revisions to the American with Disabilities Act (2010 Revisions). Published on September 15, 2010 in the Federal Register, the changes will become law and facilities across the nation will have until March 15, 2012 to come into compliance.
