Tuttle Training Solutions is dedicated to providing high quality training for swimming pool professionals. Our primary focus is Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) course through the National Swimming Pool Foundation. All of our classes are approved by the State of Florida and many other state and local health departments throughout the United States to meet requirements for pool operator training as well as the International Association for Continuing Education & Training for 1.6 continuing education credits. We also provide training in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid and customized trainings on a variety of safety & health topics. We stand behind our trainings and use proven methods for evaluation and internal assessment.

President and Instructor Rob Tuttle has extensive experience in a wide range of adult training and education as well as over 17 years of hands-on experience in pool operation and management. In 1993 he received his Certified Pool Operator certificate and was promoted to his first management position. Rob earned a Bachelor degree in Education (BS) at The Ohio State University in 1997. In 1998 Rob became a certified instructor through the National Swimming Pool Foundation and began training pool operators. Since then, he has operated and managed a wide range of swimming pools facilities and has been responsible for managing over one million gallons of pool water at one time. In 2004 & 2006 the United States Water Fitness Assocition recognized Rob's programs as "Top Programs" in the State of Florida and the the US.

Rob has taught over 2,000 training courses and custom programs. In addition to his facility management responsibilities Rob has managed institution health and safety training and compliance programs for more than 1,000 employees. Rob has also spoken on a variety of topics for the Pinellas Aquatics Council, the Florida Recreation & Parks Association, and the National Recreation & Parks Association. Most recently, Rob was recognized by the National Swimming Pool Foundation as the Top Online Instructor of 2010.

Over the last 17 years, Rob has worked with a wide range of clients. Private courses for corporations and institutions are his specialty. Working together with a client, Rob will envision the best solution and engage program participants in learning to enable them to perform their best.
